If the client is not satisfied with the settlement, we will reopen a claim, to make sure no detail has a been overlooked that might yield a more favorable result.

In the event of a claim — a claim in which our client is not at fault — we seek recovery from the party at fault, so that the claim is not recorded on our client's record.

We offer "24/7" emergency claims services. When a loss occurs we want to hear about it as soon as possible, so we can begin the claims process immediately. We're available to every client at the office, or by cell phone, whether it's 9 a.m. or 3 a.m., seven days a week.
