Claims Management is
the ultimate test of every policy and every insurance advisor. When an
insurance broker fails to meet clients' expectations, they often take
their business elsewhere. At New England Brokerage Corporation, we do
everything possible to maintain a customer relationship for life. If the client is
not satisfied with the settlement, we will reopen a claim, to make
sure no detail has a been overlooked that might yield a more
favorable result.
In the event of a
claim — a claim in which our client is not at fault — we seek
recovery from the party at fault, so that the claim is not recorded
on our client's record.
Those two examples
may explain our astounding 99% client retention rate — one of the
highest in our industry.
Naturally, we hope our clients never experience losses. But when
they do, we are committed to providing the exemplary service they
expect, helping them to get on with their personal and business
activities with as little interruption as possible.
We offer "24/7" emergency claims services. When a loss occurs we
want to hear about it as soon as possible, so we can begin the
claims process immediately. We're available to every client at the
office, or by cell phone, whether it's 9 a.m. or 3 a.m., seven days
a week.
We deal only with insurance providers who share our sense of
urgency. When there's been a loss, we demand of our providers no
less than we demand of ourselves. We work only with those insurers
who can meet our standards for responsiveness and professional
service.
